Export documentation required for sunflower oil

Correct paperwork is what keeps a shipment moving through customs. Here are the documents that accompany a sunflower oil export.

Export documentation required for sunflower oil

Certificate of analysis (CoA)

Issued per batch, the CoA confirms the oil meets the agreed technical specification — free fatty acid, peroxide value, moisture and more. Buyers and customs rely on it.

Certificate of origin

Confirms the oil’s Ukrainian origin, which affects tariffs and trade-agreement eligibility in the destination market.

Health / food-safety certificate

Confirms the product is fit for human consumption and produced under recognised food-safety controls, required for food import in most markets.

Phytosanitary and market-specific documents

Some destinations require phytosanitary certificates, halal certificates or other market-specific paperwork. A capable exporter prepares the full set for your country.

Commercial documents

Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading complete the shipping file that your broker uses to clear the goods.
